Ms. Erica started in the world of early childhood education by running a child care facility in her home for 5 years.  Since then, she has expanded her offerings and now offers childcare at two separate locations, Albrecht Kinder Academy and Cowlicks & Pigtails.  Ms. Erica prides herself on knowing every child and every family enrolled in her centers.  "My programs are my life; my heart and soul."
